HVAC Service Technician $20 - $30 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our client’s team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in servicing central heating and air conditioning systems, performing change-outs, and providing top-notch customer service. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, bonuses, commissions, and opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and repair heating and cooling equipment.
  • Perform installations, replacements, and upgrades of HVAC systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
  • Knowledge of American Standard AC units preferred.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • EPA certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

HVAC Installer $18- $26 per hour

Responsibilities:

– Install and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings

– Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements

– Measure and cut pipes and tubing to the correct length and install them in the designated locations

– Install and connect components such as compressors, motors, condensers, and evaporators

– Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functioning and make any necessary repairs or adjustments

– Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites

– Communicate with customers to provide excellent customer service and answer any questions they may have

– Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Minimum of 2 years experience as an HVAC installer

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

– Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components

– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Ability to work independently and in a team environment

– Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
